1. Bachata

The dance comes from the Dominican Republic, which has also become widespread in the Latin American countries of the Caribbean.

In foxtrot, there is the greatest number of variations, compared to other dances, and in a sense, is the hardest to study dance.

The modern slow foxtrot dance classes are considered to be rather complex dance lessons, as the style consists of a chain of fast and slow steps, performed under calm music. Change of direction and intensity of movement requires some skill and good coordination.

7. Merengue

The homeland of this dance is the Dominican Republic. Merengue dance classes are most attractive among beginning dancers, because they do not require, in contrast to other similar dances, the coordination of movements between the hands and feet. Naturally, the simplicity in studying and training the main techniques of merengue contributed to the rapid and wide conquest of this dance of fame far beyond the borders of the Dominican Republic and Latin America.
