We posted this exquisite home a few months ago on our old public vision board – back then we were absolutely certain that this would be Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s new home! However, in December 2014, we discovered that after winning an ongoing bidding war with the powerful couple, it is in fact Minecraft creator Markus ‘Notch’ Persson who is now the proud owner of the most expensive house ever sold in Beverly Hills – setting him back a measly $70 million of his $2.5 billion fortune.

So, what do you get for the $70 million price tag in Beverly Hills?

You get 23,000 square feet of living which encompasses 8 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, separate vodka and tequila bars, a “candy” room, a car showroom, an 18-seat cinema, an 18 foot onyx dining room table, a 54 foot curved glass door to the pool, apartment-sized closets and iPad-controlled fountains.

Oh yeah, we forgot to mention that all 15 bathrooms are equipped with Toto Neorest toilets, costing $5,600 each.
