COST
Shipping rates vary between items due to the weight of each item. Items that weigh considerably more may be charged at a higher shipping rate, the same goes for the number of items in your order. However we try and stick to a flat-rate of £5 for all UK orders and a flat-rate of £7 for all International orders. You can see the shipping cost you’ll be charged before you check out.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders will be shipped out within 48 hours of an order being placed on a working day. Orders made on a Friday are most likely to be shipped on the following Monday. We will contact you with a follow-up email once your order has been confirmed by our team.
DELIVERY TIMES
We will send all items via UK Royal Mail 1st Class. Expected delivery times are as follows:
• United Kingdom: 2 – 5 days
• Europe: 5 – 10 days
• US & Canada: 5 – 14 days
• Australia & Asia: 10 – 21 days
International orders can take considerably longer than UK items so please allow at least 4 weeks. Postage times are an estimate only and may vary depending on your precise location and public holidays. We are not liable for any postage delays that the courier system may cause and any customs charges, your order may incur.
